Property Finding Department
Nicky
and her team work to take much of the legwork out of uncovering
the gem that is right for you. Adele and Hollie maintain
two massive databases, one for building plots and one
for resale property. You can browse these two databases
by visiting » The
Land Register and » The
Spanish Property Register
'Our starting point is to understand exactly what you
are looking for. Using your feedback from properties on
our database, we build a profile to help us identify which
agents and contacts are most likely to have the type of
property you want.'
Recognising that we have to make the most of your time
in Spain, we organise a back-to-back viewing itinerary
to show you all the properties we have prepared for your
visit. Clearly it is not a good use of your time or ours
to show you anything that is not going to be suitable,
so we work hard to ensure all the properties are compatible
with your requirements. As we see property in turn, we
discuss the pros and cons of those properties you like
best.

There
is no shortage of people trying to sell you a property
in Spain.' says Nicky Horton, head of our Property
Finding Department, 'What is more difficult is making
sense of all the conflicting advice you will be given,
some good, some clearly misleading. Without taking
the time to do the research making any sort of investment
is risky, which is where we help clients who have
a limited schedule.' Nicky
